Product and eligibility
LockedIn Flow is offline dictation software for supported Apple Silicon Macs. You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live. The app is not intended for emergency services or uses where a transcription error could cause death, injury, or significant harm.
Trial and free tier
The trial unlocks the Pro feature set for 14 days without a payment card. After the trial, the app can continue on the published free-tier allowance unless you activate a Pro license. We may change future free-tier limits, but a purchased Pro license remains governed by the license terms in effect when purchased.
Pro license
LockedIn Flow Pro is currently offered for $79 USD one-time. A Pro purchase grants one person a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the current major version on up to two Macs. It is a software license, not ownership of the source code, product name, models, or other intellectual property.
The license includes all v1.x updates. If a future paid major upgrade is offered, your existing v1 license can continue to be used subject to compatibility with your hardware and operating system.
Team offering
The team plan is a pilot, with planned pricing of $99 per seat per year. Team controls, policy enforcement, volume terms, and deployment support are roadmap or pilot capabilities until separately confirmed in a written team agreement.
System requirements and feature availability
Core dictation requires an Apple Silicon Mac running macOS 15 or later and a one-time speech-model download. Optional generative cleanup, translation, and meeting summaries require macOS 26, Apple Intelligence, and an available on-device model. Features can vary by operating system, hardware, model availability, and permissions.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- share, resell, sublicense, or publish your license key;
- circumvent trial, free-tier, device, or license controls;
- use the app to violate law or another person's rights;
- interfere with the website, forms, update systems, or license systems; or
- reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly allows it.
Your content and responsibilities
You retain your rights in the words and recordings you process. You are responsible for having permission to record other people and for reviewing generated or transcribed text before relying on it. Dictation and generative outputs can contain errors.

The app includes open-source software and third-party model components governed by their own notices and licenses. See attribution and security notes for the current component summary.
Refunds
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. The complete process is in the refund policy. Any non-waivable consumer rights where you live remain unaffected.
Warranty disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, LockedIn Flow is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that every transcription will be accurate, that every app will accept inserted text, or that the software will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Zero G Foundry LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunity. Our aggregate liability relating to LockedIn Flow will not exceed the amount you paid for the license giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where law does not allow them.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms for future downloads or purchases. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date. We may suspend access to website systems or revoke a license obtained through fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized sharing, or a material breach of these terms. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.
