Who operates LockedIn Flow
LockedIn Flow is operated by Zero G Foundry LLC. This policy covers the LockedIn Flow Mac app and lockedinflow.com.
Data processed by the Mac app
Dictation audio and transcript text are processed on your Mac. The app does not use a cloud transcription service and does not require a LockedIn Flow account.
- Speech models: first run can download the speech model needed for local transcription.
- Update checks: optional update checks can contact the release feed when that feed is enabled.
- Local history and vocabulary: these remain on your Mac. History is encrypted at rest and can be disabled or cleared in the app.
- Accessibility permission: used to insert text at the cursor and avoid secure text fields, not to send screen content to us.
Optional generative cleanup, translation, and meeting summaries use Apple's on-device model on supported Macs. Those features require macOS 26, Apple Intelligence, and an available local model.
Data processed by the website
The site does not currently run advertising trackers or product analytics. Our hosting provider can process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser or device details, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs to deliver and protect the site.
If you submit a waitlist or contact form, the form provider receives the fields you choose to send, such as your name, email address, topic, and message. We use form submissions only for the request you selected, product support, launch planning, abuse prevention, and necessary business records.
Payments and licensing
The current buy page does not collect payment details. When checkout is activated, the payment processor will receive the payment and billing information needed to complete the transaction. LockedIn Flow will not receive your full card number. Purchase records can include your email, product, payment status, transaction identifiers, license status, and refund status so we can deliver and support the license.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We share information only with service providers needed for hosting, forms, payments, licensing, fraud prevention, and legal compliance, or when required to protect people, the service, or our legal rights.
Retention and choices
Local app data follows the retention settings you choose in the app. Website form, transaction, and security records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and abuse prevention. You can request access, correction, or deletion through the contact and support form. Some records may need to be retained when law or legitimate accounting and security needs require it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no device, website, or transmission method is perfectly secure. Do not send passwords, license keys, payment card details, health information, or other sensitive data through website forms.
Children
LockedIn Flow is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information through the website.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product and checkout systems change. We will publish the revised date on this page and describe material changes where appropriate.
